Communications Manager - MLA & Communications Manager - Strategy (2 posts)
We’re looking for two talented Communications Managers who will each make a distinct contribution to developing and delivering an innovative communications strategy for an important and developing programme. You’ll raise the profile of our new Medical Licensing Assessment (MLA) with medical schools, medical students and other partners across the four countries of the UK.
This is a great opportunity to shape the conversation about the MLA, using your strategic comms management expertise to plan and deliver innovative campaigns. Each Manager will develop distinct, yet complementary strategies, focussed on specific audiences. You’ll define key messages and create all kinds of engaging content to reach our stakeholders across a range of channels, including our website, social media, videos and blogs. You’ll also be able to produce briefings, and develop a in depth understanding of a complex policy and stakeholder environment to enable you to contribute to the wider governance of this important programme.
We’re looking for two comms all-rounders. You may have experience of delivering marketing campaigns, but you must be a great networker and relationship builder who has delivered complex, long-term projects. Some healthcare or further education knowledge would be ideal. But we’re more interested in your ability to connect with diverse audiences and bring together a variety of teams. An excellent communicator, project manager, problem solver and decision maker, you should also have a track record of managing comms for high profile change programmes.
