We’re recruiting Paralegals to become part of our team working directly with solicitors to investigate, progress and prepare cases that may be referred to the Medical Practitioner’s Tribunal Service.

GMC Paralegal work involves a range of responsibilities, including:

-       taking witness statements

-       instructing counsel

-       instructing experts

-       liaising with defence solicitors 

-       preparing cases to be heard before the Interim Orders Tribunal

-       applications in the High Court.

A willingness to travel throughout the UK to take witness statements will be essential.

The scheduled start date for these positions is 16th March 2020 Please note all successful candidates will need to be available for full time induction for the first two weeks of their employment.
