The Standards Enquiries Officer will have oversight of the Standards & Ethics Team's enquiry service. As well as managing the day to day working of the service, the post holder will be responsible for continuing improvement of the service. The successful candidate will have relevant experience in a customer advice and/or consumer/patient complaints handling service, preferably related to health, social care or legal matters. You will also have experience of case work or correspondence handling, preferably involving the use of published guidance or standards to answer individual enquiries.
