Training Team Administrator

The General Medical Council (GMC) are looking for an organised and proactive Training Team Administrator to join our dedicated team. If you thrive in a busy environment, love keeping things running smoothly, and enjoy supporting others, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

As a Training Team Administrator, you’ll be the responsible for ensuring our training activities run seamlessly. Your day will be varied – from booking travel and accommodation for training events to managing our busy inbox, updating records, and supporting your colleagues with a wide range of administrative tasks.

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring excellent organisation, communication, and teamwork skills, as well as a genuine commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.

We offer a hybrid approach to working so the role will include office and home working (at least two days per month in the office). You are expected to attend in-person training events which may require travel to other GMC offices or external venues.

We are happy to support a range of flexible working options. Flexible working requests will be considered in line with the policy.
