Information and Records Coordinator

As an Information and Record Coordinator, you will play a leading role in providing support to the Records Manager to ensure information is processed in line with our Records Management Policy and Records and Information Management best practice. Examples of how this may be done include:

  • Supporting the Records Manager delivering on the agreed Records Road Map and providing governance support, reporting to the Records Retention Board and producing management updates and compliance analysis and reports.
  • Working with colleagues and key stakeholders to develop, agree and implement consistent naming conventions, information classification, retention periods and metadata capture.
  • Performing updates to Records management policies, training and awareness materials, writing and implementing local procedures and reports, recording board meeting notes and following up actions to completion.

This is a hybrid working role, and you will be required to attend the office twice a week. You may also be required to attend the office on additional days when required.
