Working with doctors, working for patients

Survey Systems Analyst

The General Medical Council (GMC) regulate all stages of doctors' training and professional development in the UK. We promote high standards and ensure that medical education and training reflects the needs of patients, medical students and trainees, and the health service.

We are looking for a Survey Systems Analyst to work in the Surveys team to help deliver the GMC’s programme of annual national training surveys (NTS), ensuring the systems that underpin the survey are fully developed, tested and operational.

Working with colleagues in the team and in our IT directorate, you will need to thoroughly plan and execute all aspects of development and testing, co-ordinating your work with our annual survey cycle. You will need to respond to queries from survey stakeholders and provide updates help ensure the information on our website is kept up-to-date and accurate.

The successful candidate will be a good team player with the ability to prioritise work and to accommodate sometimes conflicting and changing priorities, without losing sight of the deadlines. You will need the ability to organise your work and co-ordinate the work of others, and to clearly communicate progress against project milestones.

In return, you’ll benefit from being part of an organisation that is genuinely committed to its people. We offer an attractive salary and benefits package.
