Working with doctors, working for patients

Survey Project Officer - 2 year fixed term contract

You will work in the Surveys team to help deliver the GMC’s programme of annual national training surveys (NTS), leading on a new project to develop a survey of newly qualified consultants. Your role will be to work with colleagues in the team to plan and deliver a feasibility study on the new survey, with a view to piloting a new questionnaire with a group of doctors. This will involve aspects of project planning, developing communications materials, and engaging with a wide range of survey stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be a good team player with the ability to prioritise work and to accommodate sometimes conflicting and changing priorities without losing sight of the deadlines. You will need the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, and establish personal credibility with colleagues and external stakeholders.
